Abstract: In the Panvitalistic Theory (PVT) mass and electric charge are not independent funda-mental properties but geometric projections of the same 6D volume structure with internal angular time (π = T /L). Mass arises exclusively from stationary orbits perpendicular to the rotation axis (equator, 90°), while charge arises from stationary positions on the axis (poles, 0°). Electric current (Ampere) follows directly as charge flow per time with dimension T /L2. This paper derives the exact dimensions m = L4/T 3, e = T 2/L2 and I = T /L2, explains the existence of positive mass only and the polarity of charge, and demonstrates consistency with nested rotating shells. A dedicated chapter reveals why the standard energy formulas E = mc2 and E = hf are pure projection artefacts of a historical dual time definition.
