  • Abstract: The Panvitalistic Theory (PVT) asserts that time cannot be measured externally and must be defined as angular curvature in anisotropic space, formalized as . The unique admissible scaling factor is a number relating length to angle (time). The 1795 meter definition violated this axiom by introducing two independent scales for the same physical quantity. We prove this in under five minutes with a simple calculation, confirming PVT’s unification and exposing the origin of the quantum-relativity incompatibility.
